The Role
As the Threat Analytics Manager, you will be working a role that combines service delivery management and technical consulting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing three accounts, playing a leading role in handling both the technical aspects of delivery and maintaining positive relations with the accounts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Interact directly with customers, offering guidance and advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
- Assist in incident response (IR) activities.
- Develop use cases for various scenarios.
- Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring and reporting purposes.
- Minimum of 7 years of industry experience, with a diverse IT background (system administration / networking desired).
- Demonstrated consulting expertise with a strong track record in effective delivery and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on skill using Sentinel, Defender, and Crowdstrike; Securonix is a bonus.
- Automation skills, particularly with XSOAR.
