About the role
We are seeking an energetic and organised individual to work as a Timber Inwards Goods for our Bentleigh East Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate checking, recording and receipting of incoming Timber stock
- Working with the Timber Buyer and Operations Manager to ensure appropriate stock levels
- Unloading and organisation of incoming stock upon delivery to the branch and management of the stock area/room
- Ensuring accurate stock levels for customer orders
- Data entry and system management
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- Knowledge of Timber products
- Experience managing stock
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- A capability to undertake physical tasks safely
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute as a team member
- Previous timber & hardware experience is advantageous
