• We are seeking a Toolmaker/Fitter Machinist with a high degree of analytical and troubleshooting ability related to production issues.
• Working with limited supervision or in a team environment, you will be involved in advanced machining activities (manual and CNC), using all types of measuring equipment, die-set design, CAD/CAM and production of new tooling to increase productivity.
• Someone able to initiate ideas to reduce time taken to maintain die-set, overcome persistent problems with tool function and reduce set up times, will be of interest. Excellent Bench Fitting skills and an acceptable degree of understanding in progressive press tool design, is necessary.
• Some flexibility of hours will be available.
• Any necessary training will be provided and remuneration is negotiable.
