Tour Guide / Operations Assistant

As a Tour Guide and Operations Assistant , you will assist the operations in day-to-day operations as well as taking tours to the various locations around Central Australia. Ensuring and improving the performance and efficiency of the company through the implementation of effective planning, systems, and technology usage. A Salary of between $70k - $80k plus Super is offered depending on experience. $1000 relocation reimbursement. 

Duties

• Assist with the day to day operation of the company
• Operate tours or charters to various parts of Central Australia
• Manage and review the delivery of exceptional customer service, support reservation, and admin staff
• Manage and improve a seamless early morning tour dispatching
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
• Continue too nurture the working relationships with our suppliers and contractors
• Maintain high customer service through the professional development of staff

• HR/MR license with H endorsement (or interstate equivalent)
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Minimum of one year tour guiding experience in a similar role with proven people management skills
• Strong understanding of compliance with all statutory regulation requirements on Safety, Health, and Environment
• Be able to think outside the box and work under pressure from time to time
