The RoleAs a
Tour Guide you are central to ensuring our guests experience the very highest levels of service and safety while on our tours.
Tour Guides are an integral part of the property's daily operations from transfers in and out to guided tours. You will also be partly working on the front office desk with the guest service agents working through bookings and being a point of contact for guests.
Skills & Experience- Highly developed guest service skills
- Strong interest in wildlife & nature
- Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously
- Ability to work as part of a tight knit team
- Previous experience with tour guiding or within the tourism industry preferable
- RMS experience or comparable Reservation Booking System
- Computer literacy in particular the MS Office suite
- Great people and relationships building skills
Qualifications- First Aid Certificate
- Driver Licence
- Working with Childrens Check
