About the role

Join ACMI as a Touring Exhibition Project Manager to develop and implement ACMI's touring program and strategy. You'll plan and deliver quality exhibitions at national and international venues, whilst overseeing the preparation of future ACMI exhibitions for tour. This is a fixed term full time role until 30 June 2025 reporting to the Head of Touring.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Experience leading the delivery of cultural exhibitions which include physical, digital and interactive elements, from planning to implementation/delivery.
  • A versatile, flexible and creative approach to cultivating productive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Experience in managing workloads to achieve results, often working with tight timeframes and competing priorities.
  • Commercial awareness in securing and negotiating exhibition tours, with the ability to maintain contractual requirements.

  • Fixed term full-time Grade 4.1 role until 30 June 2025, with a starting salary of $92,332 plus super.
