The Role
- This award-winning tourism company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.
- You'll be responsible for leading and managing the operations team including drivers to ensure on time performance and a high level of product and service is supplied to customers.
- In additional you'll ensure all legal regulations are met including licencing and health and safety are met.
- Working closely with the company’s GM you will assist with ensuring budgets and yearly goals are met.
The Must Haves
- Previous experience in managing operations or a transport team within a tourism or tour operator environment
- Extensive understanding of the Sydney tourism market
- Flexibility to work weekends as required and in an office environment
- Adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
