About the position
We are seeking a Town Planner with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in statutory planning in Queensland, working with the relevant legislation. Initially the role will be taking on existing and new town planning applications, dealing with clients to deliver small and medium sized projects. You will be working in a thriving small-medium sized business with exciting projects and a positive work environment.

This role involves:
- Providing development assessment advice to clients
- Maintaining relationships with our valued existing clients and building relationships with new clients
- Preparing, lodging and managing existing and new town planning applications
- Managing clients to deliver a range of small and medium sized projects
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of the Planning Act 2016 and other Local and State Government legislation and regulations
- A degree in Urban & Regional Planning or similar that is recognized by the Planning Institute of Australia
- Possession of a valid open driver’s license ("C" class) is required
- Must be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand citizen.
