The Opportunity
With strong growth in our service department, our Port Hedland branch has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Assistant to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role assisting Fitters providing service and planned maintenance support on a range of Hitachi Construction and Mining equipment.
Working Monday to Friday you will:
Forklift operation
Assist Tradesmen to repair earthmoving machines in line with procedures when required
Maintain a high level of accuracy when carrying out final QA inspections and pack units when ready for dispatch
Assist Service Supervisor with daily duties in the branch
Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
