About the RoleWe are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Trades Assistant to join our team. The Trades Assistant will work closely with our Service Technicians and General Manager to support various workshop activities, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Team with various services & repairs.
- Utilise a variety of hand tools for maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of company property.
- Load and unload trailers, vans, and utes.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workshop and yard.
- Perform manual handling duties.
- Conduct site deliveries and pickups.
- Operate a forklift around the facility.
Requirements
- Forklift license.
- Full car driver's license.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- Must be able to travel and work away from home on occasions.

- Physically fit: Ability to perform heavy lifting duties and work at a fast pace safely.
- Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail when communicating with others and performing tasks.
