Seeking a career that is future-proof, secure and always-in-demand?
Established in 2014 we are now in our growth phase, putting together a high performance team with a strong long term vision. If you wish to grow with us and be a part of a team delivering unique, innovative portable, sustainable solutions to the construction and resource industries, this is your opportunity.
The workshop based role is ideally suited for, but not limited to some one with mechanical background, this role involves skills in solar-powered stand-alone lighting, low impact energy diesel DC gensets, basic engineering, and extra low voltage (ELV) systems.
There will be a level of on-the-job up-skilling to complement your existing skillset in construction and repair abilities in those fields. You will be expected to contribute your talents to troubleshooting, process development, engineering, assembly, manufacturing, general repairs, maintenance and product improvement. We expect you will grow and improve and refine those every day.
Experience with trouble shooting and fault finding within the automotive, engineering or construction industries will give you an advantage. What will be essential, however, is a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, some workshop experience, tool skills, and a team spirit.
While we are presently a small team, we design, engineer, build and hire some of Australia's highest-performance solar-powered lighting apparatus to major infrastructure projects and resource companies throughout Queensland and NSW. Last year we doubled our team. This is a ground floor career opportunity.
If you qualify and you live within 35km or 40 minutes drive of Blacksoil, QLD, if you have a current car license, a forklift license, a mechanical background, and a Construction Industry White Card, we could use your help!
For the right candidate a field service vehicle may be on offer with a negotiable remuneration package.
