Accounts Admin

Lawson Elliott is excited to be working with a large manufacturing company who is looking to welcome in a confident Accounts Admin Officer to join their team due to an increase in volume and workload.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will be, but are definitely not limited to:
- End to end accounts payable
- Processing invoices
- Providing administrative support to the company
- Maintaining the companies records and registers
- Data entry
- Filing documents
- Managing the Admin/ Accounts inbox and respond to queries
- Ad-hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role:
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Admin or similar role
- Intermediate/ advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and numeracy skills
