We are seeking both proven Team Leaders who can run a site and experienced crew members who are looking to join a small team in the infancy of growth with potential for career progression for the right candidates. We are VicRoads qualified and generally you will be looking after Traffic Control for utility crews doing both overhead and underground power works.
There is occasional night works and we require casuals to supply their own PPE as we may not be your primary employer, longer term employees are supplied with company branded PPE.
Our Team Leaders take the vehicle home, our crew members meet on site, appropriate allowance applies as per Award.
Traffio software in use.
Essential minimum requirements are:
- Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat (RIIWHS205E)
- Implement Traffic Management Plans Ticket (RIIWHS302E)
- Construction Industry White/Blue Card
- Own PPE and UHF Radio (PPE supplied to long term employees)
- Must have 1 year + proven experience performing Traffic duties
- Current Drivers Licence (manual preferred) and reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR training also preferred as for some clients this is mandatory.
The successful candidates should be safety conscious and have proven experience of at least 1 year working on road reserves as a team leader.
