We are currently looking for a Plans and Permits Team member to join our Brendale based team to assist in providing our clients with the high-quality service they expect. You will be part of a successful and supportive team who specialise in providing outstanding customer service and always strive to deliver the best outcomes.
Your role will include
- Liaising with clients to obtain job details and expectations
- Liaising with external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Successful coordination of job requirements between internal teams
- Production and quality assurance of traffic guidance schemes and Traffic Management plans in line with stakeholder requirements
Role requirements
- Previous experience in Traffic Management design
- Previous experience with external permit processes (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of relevant technical documents
- Strong focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Current QLD licences (D/L, TC, TMI)
- Previous experience with the following software
- Rapidplan (or similar)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Acrobat
