TRAINEE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES OFFICER

Wajarri Enterprises Limited (WEL) is the corporate arm for the Wajarri Yamaji Aboriginal Corporation, established for the purpose of generating income producing assets and enterprise for the benefit of the Wajarri Group. WEL’s current business is focussed on management and contracting of indigenous engagement, equipment hire, holiday park management and camp facility operations and management. We are committed to building capacity for our future.
WEL is currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual of Aboriginal heritage to join our team as a Trainee Administration Service Officer at the Drummond Cove Holiday Park.
The Role
This position will support the effective delivery of customer, administrative and office services to ensure the timely, efficient and effective operation of the Drummond Cove Holiday Park. This includes supporting the reception area, managing and undertaking bookings, serving customers in the shop and shelving stock.
Essential Criteria
- High School Certificate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and set priorities, undertake new tasks quickly and meet deadlines.
- Sound understanding of confidentiality.
- Proficient in the use of technology, including Microsoft programs.
- Current WA ‘C’ class licence.
- Current Police Check (or ability to obtain).
Training will be provided.
