We are looking for 3 energetic Traininee Collections Officers to join our Sydney CBD based team. Your responsibilities as a Collections Officer include:
- Building strong relationships with key customers to assist them in finding a pathway out of debt
- Make outbound/inbound calls and emails
- Manage and take ownership of accounts
- Locate skipped customers utilising our search engines
- Utilise respectful communication to build rapport with customers to negotiate the payment of outstanding accounts

About you:
- Clear and confident communicator
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- Experience dealing with customers in a contact centre or customer facing role will be highly regarded
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to build good rapport with customers
- Experience in working towards KPI’s and achieving targets in a team environment
- Quick learner
- Committed and proactive approach
