We are seeking a motivated Trainee Commercial Operations Advisor to undertake a Diploma of Business over a two-year program which will enable you to obtain industry skills and knowledge under the supervision of qualified and experienced professionals, while also attending one of our reputable registered training organisations to complete your certification.
The location for this traineeship will be based in our Melbourne office however we do offer a hybrid working model for this role which will be 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
During the program, you will be a valued member of our team and become part of a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where you will gain valuable real-life experience and insights within the Gas Markets space.
Key Responsibilities include
- Contract administration and management
- Liaising with shippers and customers, including accepting customer nominations and scheduling their orders for transportation of gas
- Provide commercial support to internal stakeholders (such as the Control Room, Engineering, Field Operations and Finance) to ensure the effective management of Jemena's Gas Markets assets
- Collating and analysing data
- Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Assigned project work as required
