As a junior or trainee, you will learn from our experienced Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 professionals how to handle customer enquiries, resolve tickets, communicate effectively and use various tools and technologies. You will also have the chance to work on different projects and tasks that suit your skills and interests.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
