We are a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) that offers ICT solutions to small and medium businesses in the region. We are looking for a motivated and eager person to join our Help Desk and IT support team as a junior or trainee.
As a junior or trainee, you will learn from our experienced Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 professionals how to handle customer enquiries, resolve tickets, communicate effectively and use various tools and technologies. You will also have the chance to work on different projects and tasks that suit your skills and interests.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A willingness to work as part of a team
- A high level of customer service
- Some basic knowledge of IT systems and applications OR a relevant qualification
