Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and client focused person who wants to build a career in General Insurance. As we are a small business with a small team, team unity is very important and would suit candidates with a positive attitude and outgoing personality. Your role will be varied and at times challenging, however very rewarding. It would be ideal if the candidate has previous experience in a similar role, however this is not necessary as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining our current (and growing) client database and client files
- Provide excellent customer service
- Liaise with clients and insurance companies on the phone and face to face
- General administration duties
- Ensure all relevant compliance obligations and requirements are met at all times and complete any required continuing compliance and product training

- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Computer literate with experience working with Microsoft Applications

- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Efficient typing skills
- Willing to undertake training
