Trainee Mortgage Broker

We're seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about assisting clients in securing financing for their dream homes, first homes, or investment properties. Exceptional customer service is a must. Our office is based in Melbourne, VIC

The core responsibilities of this role encompass:

1.Collaborating with a small, dynamic team of brokers to review and submit loan applications for quality
2.Taking ownership of both individual and team targets
3.Advocating for an outstanding customer experience – going the extra mile to assist
4.Providing mutual support within the team, fostering a culture of learning and teaching
5.Managing loan files and ensuring follow-through to settlement
6.Nurturing relationships with clients, brokers, solicitors, and lenders
7.Diligently maintaining business systems and generating reports
