About the role: Our Trainee Network Controllers undertake an 8-month Traineeship and receive a nationally accredited certification. Aurizon will provide you with a combination of classroom and on the job training with experienced Network Controllers, Network Coordinators and Superintendents.
We are looking for people that can work shift work across a 24/7, 7 days a week roster once qualified.
A key component of the role is a focus and attention to detail, the ability to problem-solve and apply learnt concepts in a fast pace and dynamic environment and the ability to work both individually and as part of a boarder Network Control team, contributing to our safety and team culture.
