The opportunity:
Kinetic experienced a successful growth period across 2022 with the acquisition of multiple bus operators and key government contracts across Australia, and it’s no surprise that our growth will continue throughout 2023 and beyond since our customers thoroughly enjoy the safe, clean and reliable services we love to deliver. To support this, we are seeking highly motivated people to join us in the bus lane for a unique development opportunity with our Payroll team based in Coomera.
As a Trainee Payroll Officer, you will gain crucial hands-on experience across all of our national payroll functions and systems whilst learning best industry practice from our first-class Payroll Officers. On top of this, you will complete a nationally recognised tertiary certificate that will compliment your practical experience and aid you on the path to becoming a future leader of our Payroll team.
You’ll be involved in:
Training and guidance by a professional, experienced, and enthusiastic team, processing employee payroll data accurately and to deadlines;
Providing support and reporting analysis to our management team;
General Payroll Duties;
Familiarising yourself with the appropriate employment legislation and company awards.
