Aptus is a 14 year established recruitment company. We provide our staff with the most comfortable working environment, a supportive structure and the highest commissions in the industry. Our consultants earn uncapped commissions with various additional bonuses as detailed below. Our highest performing consultants earn between $250k-500k per annum OTE once established in the business.
This position will suit an experienced sales professional with experience in Telesales and B2B/B2C customer service. You will be client-focused and passionate about working with a team of high performers. You must be self-motivated and goal-oriented, and seeking a new challenge as a high earning professional.

What We Do
Aptus is a boutique recruitment company that specialises in the Built Environment. Operating throughout Australia, working alongside an envious client list both locally and Nationally. Remuneration
We offer a generous base salary. Our commission structure is realistic and has you earning from the beginning. Details of this will be discussed in your interview and exact figures will be set for you prior to starting with us.
Typically at Aptus our experienced consultants earn:
- Year 1: $100K - $150K OTE
- Year 2: $150K - $200K OTE
- Year 3 onwards: $200K -$250K average OTE (Approx $450K - $550K revenue)
