- Some experience in B2B sales or a role that's had an element of phone work would be ideal but not essential.

The Role
Due to a high volume of incoming work, we have opportunities for Recruitment Consultants to join our team working on warm sections & leads across the board. With strong client relationships in both permanent & temporary recruitment teams, we have opportunities in a wide range of markets that have an established footprint.
As a consultant, you will be working in an extremely specific vertical. This works two-fold; it gives you the opportunity to become a true expert in your field; & it allows you to develop deep, meaningful & mutually beneficial relationships with your clients & candidates. We support our consultants to become “the go-to person” in their markets, providing opportunities to attend industry-specific expos, golf days & other networking events.
You will be given the tools and as much support as you need to succeed, but ultimately, we will give you the autonomy to build and run your own business within a business.
