We are currently advertising for a Trainer and Assessor in South East Queensland in the area of Hospitality. We require an individual who possesses the necessary qualifications to train school-based trainees and to conduct classes in schools.

Reporting to the Training Manager/Coordinator, you will manage a student case load using a variety of delivery models and will be responsible for achieving outstanding results with our clients and students.
The successful applicant will have:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116. Alternatively, you must be enrolled into a TAE40116 or TAE40122 and will be training under supervision until completion.
- Qualification(s) and certifications to train and assess in the specified areas.
- Demonstrated current and relevant experience. Preferably the right candidate for this position will have at least 2 years industry experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively with a variety of students, including those with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- A 'can do' positive approach to training.
- A self-motivated, resilient, energetic and self-assured attitude.
- Confidence in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge or experience within the training industry.
- Current Blue Card (required prior to appointment).
- Driver's license and own vehicle.

- Directly manage a student case load
- Exceed KPI's
- Maintain the highest levels of quality and ethics in everything you do!
