About the role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and enthusiastic Trainer / Assessor - Certificate III in Individual Support and /or Certificate IV in Disability with comprehensive knowledge and experience in workplace training and assessment specifically in the field of Aged Care, Community or Disability Services.

Skills and experience:
- Demonstrated recent experience in a similar role (past 1-2 years)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training and assessment solutions to identified workgroups
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards
- Relevant qualifications in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability Highly Desirable!
- Demonstrated ability to use technology in learning including familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) highly regarded, but not essential
