To be considered for the shortlist of these roles, you will meet the following selection criteria: 

Individual Support & Age Care: 

• Experience In Medication assistance and health support including accessing medical services.
• Experience In Personal Care and supporting clients to maintain personal hygiene and grooming.
• Experience In Domestic assistance and general household duties
• Support and empower clients to achieve their personal goals
• Previous experience working with culturally diverse clients.
• Experience in client-focused roles.
• Ability to adapt communication to individual client needs
• Ability to recognize risks and incidents, react appropriately and report accurately.
• Work Values - honesty, integrity, and respect for all residents, carers, and staff.
• Knowledge of Residential Care Standards 
• Experience in aged care. 
• Ability to build relationship with the staff and clients 
• Exceptional time management 
• A positive “can do” attitude 

Important Must Have

• Certificate III in Aged care, Individual Support, Diploma of Nursing or higher in a relevant qualification with a minimum of 12 months of industry experience
• Proof of up-to-date influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations in accordance with the current public health directive for Aged Care Facilities 
• Hold a Current First Air & CPR Certificate 
• Current National Police Check 
• Rights to work in Australia
