Form of workWattle College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45676, CRICOS 03905A) based in Carlton. We are seeking experienced Trainer and Assessors to join our vibrant team.
Trainers and Assessors are required for the following course:
- BSB50420 - Diploma of Leadership and Management
- BSB60420 - Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and deliver units of competency within the relevant BSB course;
- Ability to develop student resources;
- Monitor student progress and support by developing a comprehensive intervention strategy;
- Assistance with student resource development;
- Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff and validation meetings;
- Create an engaging and positive learning environment for students
Experience and Qualifications:
- You must hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (VET Courses);
- Diploma or higher qualification and industry experience in the relevant field;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Excellent written and communication skills
