About the role
You will be a Trainer and Assessor in the above qualification.

The selected candidate will:
- Be actively involved in conducting training and assessment, in the classroom and the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with AQF requirements.
- Comply with all relevant legislation and company policies
- Have personal qualities which foster a high level of achievement in students
- Participate in moderation/validation sessions as required and undertaking relevant professional development sessions as per Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards
- Contribute to relationships with our industry partners, internal customers and other stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years industry experience relevant to training and be able to provide industry currency
- The ability to demonstrate VET currency and Industry Currency in your field (You must have practical experience).
- Passion for education and excellence and ability to deliver innovative, engaging, and motivating lessons, both theory and practical
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and ability to interact with individuals from various backgrounds
- Experience with training and assessment
The selected candidate must have:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent /Higher qualification
- SIT40521 Certificate IV in kitchen management or equivalent or higher
- SIT40721 Certificate IV in Patisserie or equivalent or higher
The qualifications to deliver at Diploma and Advanced Diploma Hospitality Management and Patisserie considered very favorably.
