Qualifications & experience
Essential:
- A suitable qualification in any of the listed sectors
- Current industry skills, knowledge and experience
- Hold or actively working towards a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) or a higher level qualification in adult / vocational education and training
- An ability to represent Skills Generation in a positive light
- English language skills appropriate to the job role
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Queensland
- A driver’s licence and the ability to travel
Highly regarded:
- Experience in both an online and face-to-face learning environment
- Experience with Recognition of Prior Learning
- High-level computer proficiency
Tasks & responsibilities
- Support and manage students in an online and face to face learning environment from enrolment through to completion
- Support and facilitate student engagement
- Engage with industry to support student vocational placement and training
- Assess student submissions
- Manage the RPL process from end to end
- Maintain all required documentation
- Participate as part of a team in validation and moderation activities
- Continue your professional growth and development
