We specialise in courses that address current skills shortages for several industries: ELICOS , Information & Communication Technology, Hospitality, Commercial Cookery, Community Services, Aged Care, Childhood Education & Care, Digital Marketing, Business, Leadership & Management.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Trainer & Assessor specializing in Health ( Individual Support ) & Community services. If you're ready to make a difference and bring your passion to the table, this exciting opportunity is tailor-made for you.
The ideal candidate will be supporting the Training and Assessment of Health ( Individual Support ) & Community services department on a full-time basis. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanency.
The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:
• Ensuring courses delivery and assessments are in line with the range of requirements (internal and external), administering assessment and feedback using approved assessment tools
• Ensuring Trainers comply with industry-specific legislations and the requirements of the VET Quality Framework
• Developing training resources as per the requirement of training packages
• Ensuring that all training and delivery material is valid and reliable and complies with VET Quality Framework and industry-specific legislation
• Maintaining the skills and knowledge of current practice with the relevant industry .
• Participating in the validation processes of Stanley College
• Delivering training courses as per Training and Assessment strategies.
• Providing high-quality training and having an in-depth understanding of the RTO Standards 2015.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the aged care, and disability sector.
• Current Working with Children Check
• Good knowledge of computers and familiarity with LMS.
• Extensive training experience in the vocational education sector.
