Form of workQueensland Academy of Technology (QAT) established in 2006, is one of Queensland's leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We proudly offer a range of accredited courses in Individual Support & Aging Support, Business, Early Childhood and Commercial Cookery/Hospitality. QAT is also an ELICOS college.
We are looking for a Trainer & Assessor with the following qualifications to teach International students;
- A Certificate IV in TAE40116 or equivalent
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- Diploma of Community Services
Duties:
- Support and manage students in a Face to Face workplace learning environment from enrolment through to completion
- Manage the Student journey from end to end
- Participate in validation and moderation activities
- Continue your professional growth and development
- Communication between the students and management to ensure the training outcomes are completed to the highest standards
- Mentor individual students to the successful completion of the qualification
- Work Placement
Our ideal candidate is someone with a soaring passion for the Community Services and health industries, has been working in the field for at least 3 years and understands the demands of the industry
