We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer to join our dynamic team in Victoria.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Trainer to deliver our Certificate II in Security Operations course. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions, assessing student performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant training standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality training sessions for Certificate II in Security Operations in line with the training package requirements.
• Develop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
• Assess student performance through various assessment methods, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Ensure training programs are compliant with national and state regulations, including ASQA standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practices to continuously improve training delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
• Certificate II in Security Operations or higher qualification in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in Security Operations.
• Proven experience in delivering vocational education and training programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
• Current Security trainer license from LRD.
