About the role and team
The Operations Manager for Security Services is a key leadership role within G4S. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Global security contracts, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our clients and meet our contractual obligations. You will lead a team of site supervisors and security officers, and will work closely with the Global Account Manager to develop and implement operational strategies. This role is based out of Sydney/Melbourne and will require some travel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of multiple Global security contracts
- Leading and developing a team of site supervisors and security officers
- Ensuring compliance with G4S safety standards and procedures
- Monitoring and reporting on contract performance
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
