They have been in operation for over twenty years, and their training courses are designed to educate, upskill and create a sustainable and trusted agriculture and food industry.
Their training services help individuals and organisations comply with industry standards and meet all regulatory requirements. As an RTO, they ensure that their training courses comply with the training and assessment standards under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
The Role
With the expansion of our client's training team, they seek a motivated and skilled Trainer - Corporate Social Responsibility to deliver and develop training programs focusing on Corporate Social governance, food safety, leadership, and accountability.
Reporting to the Training Manager, this role offers a unique blend of course development, training delivery, and active engagement in advancing the agriculture and food industry standards.
Based at their Training Centre in Murarrie, the role will require some intrastate travel with the expectation that growth will provide opportunities for expansion to include delivery on a national level.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and facilitate training programs focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), food safety, and leadership.
- Develop and revise training material in line with industry needs and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with AQTF standards and maintain necessary qualifications.
- Contribute to the reputation and integrity of the company brand through high-quality training delivery.
- Undertake intrastate travel for training delivery, with potential expansion to nationwide.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in agriculture or food production industries, with quality assurance and compliance exposure.
- Strong understanding of and experience in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Leadership experience, with a preference for those who have delivered leadership and management training.
- Qualification in Quality Assurance, Agriculture, Corporate Governance, Leadership and Management, or related fields.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Autonomous and self-motivated, with a proven independent decision-making and leadership track record.
- COVID-19 vaccination (minimum of 2 doses).
- Clear National Police Check.
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
