We are hiring a motivated Training Administrator to provide key administrative support to our Training Team, with a focus on understanding our training and operational needs. This role offers the chance to leverage your practical experience in cafe or restaurant settings, along with your passion for training and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize HR and Operational Reporting platforms to ensure data analytics and reporting processes. Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of the Online Training Platform, contributing to the continuous improvement of employee learning experiences. Collaborate in the creation of engaging Training Content and resources to support the professional development of team members.
Ensure the coordination and publication of accurate Training & Ops Team rosters, fostering a well-organized and efficient work environment. Respond promptly to ad hoc tasks as requested by the Training Manager, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to evolving operational needs. Essential Requirements:Proficiency in the use of Microsoft 365 Suite of applications.
Possess previous experience with Tanda or a similar HR platform, demonstrating understanding of relevant systems and their application in organisational contexts. Showcase experience with online training platforms, either as a user or creator, emphasizing a comprehensive understanding of digital learning methodologies. Demonstrate an essential background in hospitality.
