What the opportunity involves:Our Solids Waste Service (SWS) Business is Australia's leading provider of waste services, making a safer, sustainable future possible for the Construction and Infrastructure sector.HSE training is foundational to our performance, and a detailed plan for interim and long-term compliance with training requirements has been developed. We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Training Administrator to join our team. This position is one of the key factors in implementing that plan for the solids business segment.You can work remotely or in a hybrid setting from our Northgate office & home. You will work autonomously and be supported by a large team of professionals dispersed Nationally.In this critical role, you will be the linchpin of administrative support, keeping training records current and making the necessary information available when needed by the business units.Responsibilities:
  • Administer a high volume of data entry tasks for training records to ensure that general training and compliance records are up-to-date and accessible to the business unit via the LMS.
  • Undertake regular data maintenance tasks of employee training records.
  • Deliver the highest standard in professional conduct, personal presentation, and company image across the Cleanaway business.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks per daily, weekly, and monthly requirements within a dispersed team environment.
About you:
  • You have astute communication practices, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to proactively manage relationships to maximise customer experience.
  • You have experience inputting high volumes of data into an LMS, prioritising attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You are tech-savvy and can quickly learn new databases. You're proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with various learning management systems.
  • You have experience with data migration onto new databases, which is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience working towards high demanding deadlines.
  • You have experience working remotely with a team dispersed nationally.
