Our market leading RTO is seeking a highly driven, self-motivated, and passionate Training Advisor to join the existing team. Our RTO delivers training across a variety of industries within the Aged and Disability Care, Community Services, Childcare, and Business sectors.
This is an exciting role for someone who is searching for their next challenge, is results driven and has no problem using their strong communication skills to achieve their goals.
You will be kept busy by establishing professional relationships through your existing networks, while also securing new business. A hands-on role, you will be client-facing, meeting with Job Network agencies, identifying and prospecting potential students to discuss opportunities to provide government funded accredited training.
About You
- The ability to successfully advise on training packages to upskill students within the VET sector
- Business development background within Education and Training industry advantageous, or experience working with Workforce Australia providers
- Self-motivated and driven
- Enthusiastic, passionate and professional
- A demonstrated track record of providing customer service, account management and sales excellence
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Vocational Education system and AQTF compliance standards preferred
- Drivers licence and own car, as travel to will be required to maintain client relationships
