Your Role:
As a Course Advisor specialising in outbound sales calls, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, reaching out to potential students, Demi alumni and guiding them towards their educational goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for the fulfilment of campus enrolments with high conversion from lead to enrolment.
- Conducting outbound and inbound sales calls to potential students, engaging them in meaningful conversations about our courses and their career aspirations.
- Nurture and convert enquiries within the CRM to convert new enrolments and grow alumni upskilling/ crossing skilling enrolments via both accredited and non-accredited courses and workshops.
- Support and grow Demi Apprentices and traineeships
- Support and grow International College of Queensland
- Strategic Opportunity Evaluation: Identify, assess, and advise on business opportunities to support our campuses and business units..
- Relationship Building: Establish 'trusted advisor' relationships with industry partners, employment partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiation and Enrolment: Lead negotiations with customers to secure high-quality enrolments, collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Strategic Input: Provide valuable input into the development of strategic business and commercial plans.

- Proven sales experience in a high volume call centre, preferably in RTOs.
- Self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with training or education sales is advantageous (industry experience in hair, beauty, or wellness industry is double bonus but not a requirement)
- Genuine care for student success and the ability to guide students towards fulfilling career paths.
- Adaptability, effective rapport-building skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
