Training Analyst

Training Analyst – Initial contract until end of September 2024

Are you interested in joining an organisation dedicated to providing services to individuals and communities in remote regions? Our client is a well-respected entity with exciting upcoming projects, and they are currently seeking a Training Analyst to join their Melbourne office.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting the implementation of the M2C training strategy to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new technology across various departments within the client’s organisation.
• Work closely with the Training Lead to develop an in-depth understanding of the new technology's impact on different departments.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to conduct comprehensive training needs analyses for all M2C processes.
• Development and execution of a structured training plan and material including manuals, eLearn modules, and training videos.
• Advantageous: Creating eLearning using Elmo learning system and training system deployments.

The role will start straight mid-February and be offered as an initial contract until the end of September 2024 with a flexible hybrid WFH agreement. There will also be a requirement to travel to Darwin with the rest of the team for 1 week every month, though all costs and allowances are covered.

The skills/experience needed will include but not be limited to:

• Previous experience in Project Training roles related to M2C or billing systems.
• Experience within a utility environment.
• Proven track record in developing essential training materials and leading training sessions in readiness for project go-live.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills when engaging with key business stakeholders.
