Reporting to the Site Leader, you will collaborate with key stakeholders in developing, maintaining, and reviewing various business systems essential to site operations. This includes, but is not limited to, Training and assessment procedures, Business Excellence frameworks, and Process/Operational Work Instructions, all aimed at fostering safe and consistent business outcomes.

About you
- Ability to analyse data and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Ability to train and mentor employees on Continuous Improvement practices and methodologies.
- Certificate IV Training or ability to acquire.
- Demonstrated experience in site operational requirements is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in operational manufacturing management operations: operational methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma etc) is advantageous.
