The Opportunity:
As a Call Centre Trainer, you will design, coordinate, and deliver high-quality training programs that comply with national standards and meet the needs of our organisation. You will assist with updating and maintaining the knowledge management resources and process guides for our call centre staff. You will work closely with the leadership team to support the development and performance of both new and existing staff and foster a culture of customer excellence and satisfaction. You will be part of the Customer Experience team based in SA and play a key role in ensuring our service team is well-trained and supported.
Operating Hours:
This role is Full-time - Monday-Friday

- Excellent communication skills and able to present confidently to a diverse audience
- Able to manage your time efficiently and prioritise tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Experienced in leading the design, development and delivery of effective and innovative learning strategies and training packages
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track and evaluate learning outcomes
- Proficient in various MS Office applications
- Strong focus on championing a culture of best practice and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Eager to learn new information and adapt to changing workflows
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively in relation to learning outcomes and coaching support
- Skilled at tailoring your teaching style to suit different learning needs and situations
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or similar, preferred
- Previous experience in health and aged care, while valued, is not a requirement for your application.
- Required evidence of your COVID-19 vaccinations, including booster requirements, or evidence of an authorised medical exemption, to commence employment.
- Police Clearance & Working with Children clearance required. We will assist you through this process.
