About Centrecare
Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, family violence support, mediation, justice programs and out of home care services. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO9001:2015, National Standards for Mental Health Services Accreditation, Risk, and Systems. Ensure consistency with Centrecare's Therapeutic Framework.
- Organise and conduct internal audits, maintain the Improvement Log System, and update the Audit Schedule based on audit outcomes.
- Ensure accessibility and availability of current versions of all forms, policies, flowcharts, and method statements to managers and staff.
- Ensure tender documents adhere to quality standards, submit reports to relevant funding bodies, maintain the central database of tenders/submissions, and provide word processing and proofing support.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Clinical Governance, Quality, Auditing, or other relevant discipline;
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and experience in Quality Assurance processes;
- Ability to conduct internal audits;
- Proficiency in document management and tender submission processes;
- Demonstrable experience in guiding an organisation and providing support and coaching to services and programs to ensure a high level of compliance with statutory requirements and accreditation standards and focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills with the capability to communicate effectively within multidisciplinary team.
- Holds a current National Police Clearance and valid driver's license.
