360 Medico Legal was established in 2019 to provide independent Expert specialist opinions to assist Lawyers, insurers & case managers across the full spectrum of personal injuries matters. Since opening our doors, we have rapidly expanded and are one of the largest producers of independent expert specialist opinions across Western Australia.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Quality Assurance Officer with excellent oral and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. About the role
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role is responsible for the Quality Assurance and administration of medical reports to support the delivery of IME’s and related services offered.
In this role you will predominately be reviewing reports to identify inaccuracies, deficiencies or incomplete reports. You will be evaluating reports to verify report compliance with specific client and/or legislative specifications. There is minimal client liaison, however you will be required to use your superior verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and influencing skills to support your implementing of corrective actions with consultants.

About you
To be considered for this role you will:
- Demonstrated the ability to provided exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience or qualifications in allied health, legal or insurance industries, ideally with experience in interpreting medico-legal reports – highly regarded
- Understanding of the AMA Guides and WorkCover Guidelines for assessing permanent impairment and disability assessments is desirable
- Have an understanding of the Medico legal sector (desirable)
- Display the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and within a group environment.
- A personal approach which is positive, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful.
- Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining flexibility to operate in an environment of change.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
