Rate: $400-500 per day, including super
Duration: 6 months
Start: ASAP
Location: Brisbane (with site visits - travel costs paid for)

Role(s):

Our client is a well-known Australian retail brand with over 600 stores nationally. They require multiple Training Consultants to assist them with the delivery of IT training to all their retail staff across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technology training to staff at their retail site locations
• Assist with development of technology training programs and materials that meet the company's need to enable staff to utilise technology to the fullest
• Work with practice groups and departments to create task-based training tailored to their workflows and technology requirements
• Develop concise and clear instructional materials using the company' templates, styles, standards, and development tools.
• Ensure that all training content is consistent, easy to understand, and well organized.
• Proofread and edit own work and work of others to improve quality, readability, consistency, and effectiveness of documentation and communications.
• Translate the purpose and use of software applications and technical processes into language that non-specialists can understand.
• Produce storyboards and scripts for interactive courseware development.
• Communicate with technical and training teams to bridge the informational needs of both groups.

Your experience

• 5+ years experience of delivering system training
• Experience with creating and facilitation delivery of training materials
• Establish learner profiles, training plan and scope of the curriculum
• Stakeholder engagement & collaboration on various projects and systems
• Proven track record of a positive "Can Do" attitude is required.
