Do you have experience facilitating sales and sales management training for the agricultural or Construction Machinery sectors?
We seek a motivated and experienced Sales Training professional to work with us to grow our business.
The Opportunity – Sales Focus
Working with the team, the successful applicant will play a crucial role in the ongoing growth of our business. We are seeking a proven performer with the enthusiasm to:
- Co-develop training materials for agricultural and Construction Machinery sales – product and sales skills.
- Facilitate engaging and results driven training targeting Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and sales teams.
- Conduct training across various locations in Australia and overseas.
- Perform standards assessments and audits of Sales Departments.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Past experience in the agricultural or construction industry as a Sales Manager and/or Sales Person with proven sales results
- Current experience in facilitating sales and sales management training for groups as well as one on one coaching
- Experience in conducting Virtual Classroom Training (VCT)
- Competent in online meeting tools (e.g. Teams), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
- Ability to travel within Australia and overseas, as required.
Desirable
- Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Currently a contract facilitator with your own ABN.
