Position: Rostering Officer (Contract Position)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain staff rosters according to operational requirements and employee availability.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team leaders and staff to ensure roster accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage changes to rosters promptly and efficiently, addressing staffing issues and ensuring continuity of operations.
- Utilise rostering software and systems to optimise scheduling processes and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to rostering.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in rostering, scheduling, or administrative roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using rostering software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
- Experience in Employment Hero Rostering is preferred but not essential.
Additional Information:
- Contract Duration: Fixed term, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organisational needs.
- Location: Hervey Bay
- Hours: 38 hours per week
- Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
