Our clients are not-at-fault drivers who have been in a motor vehicle accident. They’ve just been through an incredibly stressful experience, and now need to figure out how to get a replacement vehicle while theirs is being fixed, deal with insurance companies and they have no idea where to begin.
That’s where we come in! We put our clients in a replacement vehicle and work with them, insurers, and repairers taking the hassle out of it for our clients.
About the Role
The Business Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting organisational changes and projects by developing and delivering training.
Responsibilities
Partner with key stakeholders to develop training content in accordance with business needs
Maintain training library, including updating materials to ensure they are relevant and up to date
Coordinate training logistics, including bookings, attendees, knowledge assessments and feedback channels
Facilitate training curriculums to support business stakeholders though organisationsal changes and projects
Analyse training data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities
About You
With prior experience in a similar role you come equipped with engaging verbal communication skills, the ability to identify opportunities and competency creating concise and clear training material. You will have a customer centric mindset, prioritizing stakeholder needs and displaying a high level of initiative and adaptability to deliver the outcomes required.
