AddressThe Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Marketing function relating to all Residential Real Estate campaigns.
With options to work from our Corporate Head Office in Bella Vista, or within any one of our offices located in the Northwest and Southwest of Sydney.

The key marketing functions of this role include, but is not limited to;
- Assist in the coordination of design and creation of marketing collateral
- Coordinate and oversea tasks delegated to the overseas design team
- Provide marketing support on all digital platforms including website management and social media
- Coordination and booking of photographers, signboards, and other advertising material
- Maintain and oversee the marketing budgets of allocated projects and residential sales suburbs (BDAs), offices and agents.
- Monitor and review all regular marketing reports and updating marketing activities to improve results
- Assist in all marketing, advertising and PR activities, including all in-house marketing tools i.e. magazines, office brochures, plans, flyers, EDMs etc
- Creation and management of digital advertising i.e. Facebook/Instagram Campaigns, Google AdWords, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of submissions and presentations.
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this position, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:
- Advanced computer skills, with demonstrated experience using Adobe Suite at an advanced level.
- Be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail - a must!
- Excellent communication with the ability to edit and oversee written material
- Previous experience in social media and digital marketing
- The ability to juggle competing priorities and manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced work environment
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar.
- A Minimum 3 years in a similar position
Previous work experience in a Real Estate agency will be highly regarded.
