Our client is an established energy and utilities company based in Perth and they are seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team.
Flexible to consider permanent role or 12 months term contract with extension possibility
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Training Lead as needed on all training activities but not limited to
- Support development of training content/training collateral/quick reference guides
- Support training delivery (face to face and virtual), train the trainer and one on one as required
- Manage incoming training enquiries
- Manage training logistics -schedule, invited, room bookings, attendance etc.
- Perform video editing using tools like Clipchamp or similar
- Provide post-training support to end users
- Work closely with e-Learning Developer
- Relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) or equivalent training experience
- Experience delivering group training both in-person and online.
- Proficient in using MS Excel, Power point and word
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on agreed goals.
- Contribute to achievements both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
